IEEE Sarawak Subsection is organising the second edition of IEEE Sarawak Robotics Competition to be held on 23rd November 2019. The competition aims to nurture and stimulate students’ interest in the area of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). This competition also serves as a platform for students to showcase their creativity and innovativeness in solving engineering and technology problems using science and mathematics. Furthermore, the participants are also expected to develop their ability to work in a team and cultivate their spirit of sportsmanship.
As part of the competition, the participants are equipped with introductory one-day bootcamp trainings to robotics and programming on 16th and 21st September 2019 for the Junior (Forms 1 to 3 and equivalent) and Senior (Forms 4 to 6 and equivalent) categories, respectively.
