Jacey-Lynn Minoi received the B.I.T. degree (with honors) in Computational Science from the Universiti Malaysia Sarawak, in 1999, the M.Sc. degree in Multimedia Technologies from the University of Manchester (UMIST), U.K., in 2001, and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Imperial College London, U.K., in 2009. She is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). She is also a Research Fellow with the Institute of Social Informatics and Technological Innovations. In 2009, she was granted to do her postdoctoral under the Wellcome Trust, UK, at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and University of Glasgow, UK.
She is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Malaysia, Computer Society and Association of Computer Machinery. Her research interest lies in the field of computational multivariate statistical methods for numerical data analysis applications such as biometric recognition, face analysis, surveillance and security.

Hudyjaya received his Bachelor of Engineering degree majoring in Robotics & Mechatronics and PhD degree both from Swinburne University of Technology. He worked as a teaching assistant in Swinburne Sarawak while continuing his doctorate research from 2008 until 2012. In 2012, he joined Swinburne Sarawak as a lecturer in Faculty of Engineering, Computing and Science. He has been actively engaged in the research related to the field of robotics and mechatronics, automation and mechanisation as well as supervising students in various projects and international/national level robotics competition. Besides robotics, he also has a special interest in embedded system implementation on home automation and multimedia smart gallery system. He has been involved in several corporate building automation and smart gallery projects as a technical consultant.
His research interests include mechatronics system design, modelling and control, industrial automation, human machine interaction and agriculture mechanisation.

Victor M.H. Wong received his BE(Elect) from Chisholm Institute of Technology (now Monash University Caufield Campus), Victoria, Australia in 1982. He joined Sarawak Electricity Supply Corporation (SESCO) in 1983 as a System Planning Engineer and moved to other positions in the company in system operation, technical services, customer services, advanced metering and power quality. He is currently a Senior Vice President of Sarawak Energy Berhad and also the Sarawak Grid System Operator.
Mr Wong has been an IEEE member for more than 36 years. He is also a member of the Malaysian Technical Committee on Power Quality and in 2016 appointed as the Malaysian expert to the IEC TC77/SC77A Working Group 8. He also represents Sarawak Energy Bhd at CIGRE and as a member of EPRI PDU Sector Council. Mr Wong’s professional interests include power markets and power system operation, power system modeling and simulations, computer applications in power systems, power quality, synchrophasors and IEC 61850 applications, and data analytics. He also has a keen interest in technical workforce learning and training, knowledge-transfer and certification.

Mark Tee received his BSc(Hons) in Computer Science from Coventry University in 2005 and served in the software development industry until 2008. He completed a Masters in Software Engineering (OUM) and a BEng(Hons) from Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak by 2014. He completed his PhD candidature at the same university in 2018 and joined the Faculty of Engineering, Computing and Science as a Lecturer in the following year.
His previous research areas include computer game development, drone technology applications and assistive robotics for injury prevention.

Ong Chin Ann received his Bachelor of Multimedia in Multimedia Software Development in 2009 from the School of IT and Multimedia, Swinburne University of Technology. He also completed Master Degree in Science by research from the same university in 2012. Apparently, Chin Ann work as Lecturer at the School of Engineering & Technology, PSB Academy. He teaches unit related to Programming, Database Design & Analysis, Web Design & Development as well as Big Data Architecture & Application (Hadoop). He was a System Developer at Independent Data Services (Asia) Sdn. Bhd. and Lecturer at Swinburne University of Technology before joining PSB.
He is now a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEEE) and also a Certified Professional awarded by Australian Computer Society (ACS). He is passionate to explore the area of study on data science, big data analytics, visualization and its applications as well as Cybersecurity.

Dr. Lee Beng Yong is currently a senior lecturer and the Head of School of Computer Science and Tourism Management at at Universiti Teknologi MARA, Cawangan Sarawak, Malaysia. His research interest is in computer vision, specialize in image processing, photogrammetry and object tracking in surveillance video. One of his innovation products, i-Bee, the 2-D Shape Detection software for Smart Bee Cell Counting has won a Gold Medal award at the Malaysia Technology Expo in 2011.
Dr. Lee has written various publications that includes international proceedings papers, journal articles and book.

Dr Tay received his BEng (Hons) degree in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering from Monash University, Malaysia, in 2008, and the PhD degree from the Swinburne University of Technology, Australia, in 2013. He holds a PhD in Engineering with research title: Sliding mode learning control for complex systems with dynamic fuzzy models. His ability to engage in innovative development has been clearly demonstrated in his finding thru publication in journals and conferences in this area. He gains and develop an in-depth knowledge and expertise thru teaching various undergraduate subjects such as control engineering and robotic control. His research interests are in the areas of intelligent control system, dynamical fuzzy modelling of complex system, smart farming and study of various wireless technologies. He has published 4 refereed international journal papers and 6 international conference papers. He is an active reviewer of a few international journal and conferences. On top of that, he also has significant experience in leading and managing student teams to accomplish many events organised by Swinburne and Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM) Sarawak Branch through his roles as Portfolio Director for Graduate and student affair under Young Engineers Section (YES). Moreover, he is a co-project leader of Alternative Lighting Project (ALP) which is under humanitarian technology, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE)
